I am grateful for the hotel staff understanding my health problems & kindly allowing me to change my reservation with Expedia -- they called back on Whatsapp quickly when I was in urgent care. They had already promised a very quiet room -- not many hotels can deliver this, so I appreciate this hotel a lot.

I recently stayed at the Grand boss hotel and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also perfect. The breakfast was amazing and had a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Mersin.

My family and I booked here for twenty days..everything was excellent 👍 service 24 hours a day, cleaning daily, the staff here are wonderful, polite and nice to everyone. I advise everyone to do this experience.. all the best for the management and staff here.. Thank you, Abdullah …

Incredibly dirty rooms,bad odor and old and rusty furniture.Put a cat or dog, they run away too.. It is the worst thing one to make him or herself to stay here.Go and sleep şn the park instead. Do not believe the photos.These are somewhere else in Utopia.
